Amber Tilley Bedick holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Marketing and Merchandising, and a Master of Arts degree in Safety Engineering, from the University of Central Oklahoma. She presently lives and works in Piedmont, Oklahoma, as a Senior Human Resources Organizational Business Consultant at Carlisle FoodService Products.
At Carlisle FoodService Products, Amber Tilley Bedick oversees all Human Resources functions, including compensation, benefits, recruiting, organizational development, training, HR Managers and technology. She launched an effort to redesign the company’s HR global recruiting model/strategy, improving the quality of candidates while saving $250,000 in the first year of implementation. Ms. Bedick also began the transformation of the company’s HR department by upgrading talent and offering more value-added services designed to align more closely to the business strategy.
